Return/Exchange Conditions:

① Prior communication with customer service is required before returning or exchanging items.

② Products must be returned within 90 days from the order date.

③ Items must be in their original condition, without scratches or intentional damage.

④ Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, which amount to 10 EUR.

Products Not Eligible for Refund:

① Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals that may alter their appearance. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.

② Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or inadequate maintenance.

③ Products exceeding the return processing time limit (90 days after the order date).

④ Partial returns or exchanges of bundled items are not accepted.

⑤ Personal reasons, such as change of preference or change of mind.

⑥ If a package is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss. In this case, a refund is not possible.

Return/Exchange Process:
